Other things to consider are existing electrical equipment that are around the area it is extremely important that these are kept far away from the water and are working correctly and safely, if existing equipment is dealt with properly and within the boundaries of your pool or spa aren’t of the correct weather rating, you run the risk of your circuit being switched off due to water ingress or possible electrocution if you have the incorrect protection devices in place inside your switchboard.
